2001 Reunion

The 54th Reunion of the 315th Infantry was held in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.   Though we had a little rain, the sun did manage to peek though a couple of times, and we certainly didn't let it dampen our spirits.

I got a bit lazy this year, as I realized that there was no way I would be able to take the time to sort through all of the photos, put names with them, write a little blurb, etc.  But technology came to the rescue, and with the click of a button I had some pages full of thumbnail prints.  They will take a little longer to load if you are using a dialup connection, but at least you get an idea of what you'll see before you load the bigger picture!

Instructions

Okay, I realize that  the navigation on the thumbnail index pages might be a little tougher to use than just clicking on text links, but it's pretty much like working your VCR.  At at the bottom of the page are little icons that you can click on to move around.  

    Go to the first page

     Go back a page

    Go forward to the next page

    Go to the very last page

When you see a thumbnail that looks interesting, just click on it, and the bigger picture will be loaded.  Use the "back" button on your browser to go back to the index.  Alternately, you can right-click on the thumbnail, and load the image in a new window.

These photos were formatted for viewing at 640 x 480 resolution, as most people have at least that much resolution on their home computers.  Let me know if you think they should be posted at a higher resolution.

Lastly, if you would like prints, or the high resolution copies of these photos (they are 2048 x 1360, and about 600K in size) please follow the instructions on the previous page (the 315th index page).
